How we get Hypertune named and quoted correctly in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google's AI answers, 19 Oct to 31 Dec 2026. It runs on top of the SEO plan and uses the same people and pages. Revised 25 October 2026: the question research is written, and Hypertune vs Radiant is on the SEO tracker.
Bars show when each piece of work runs; dots are steps. Click a dot to jump to the step in that person's checklist.
Every step has one owner, a date and a test for done. Vin, Som and Hoa tick their steps on the AEO checklist (shared with the three of them only). This page holds the how-to and times.
Our site, help centre, listings, press and profiles say one thing on price, offers and performance. Fastest to show; protects sales now.
E3 · SomCalendar pages written to nine answer rules, a dated facts page by 4 Nov, a test method two independent outlets are invited to retest, and a per-game results page if the data exists.
E4 · SomRoundups, Reddit, YouTube and listings that AI answers cite, worked in the order our citation map shows.
E5 · HoaEvery wrong statement traced to its source and given one owner within a week.
E6 · SomAEO reuses the SEO work rather than adding to it: the fact sheet (F1) and AI content framework (V8) for every fact, the content calendar pages written to the nine rules, the keyword map (F3), the 2 Oct site audit, Bobby's listings and outreach (L2, L4), the same Search Console exports and the bi-weekly SEO report. Measured weekly on 25 fixed questions (E1, E2), reported inside that report (E7). Four paid AEO tools get one month each (E8), run beside the manual way, so Som and Hoa learn faster and we keep only what saves time. The method is written up in December as a reusable playbook, with no Hypertune data in it.
Visits from AI tools per week, from our site tracker
The August drop matches ChatGPT no longer linking to /get-started and /onboarding (likely the noindex on /get-started). October halved again; tracking will show why.
| Measure | Now |
|---|---|
| Paying customers from AI | Counted three ways: ChatGPT link 11 in Sept and 6 from 1 to 18 Oct; AI first visit 7 (18 Sep to 16 Oct); survey 6 of 590 paying respondents in Oct. One deduplicated count comes with E7-1 |

Brand Radar Growth about $300 to 31 Dec, the four one-month tests $582, so about $882 if every test is cancelled after its month; more only for tools we choose to keep. No tool changes AI answers; the four jobs do. The tests show which tools make the team faster.

Every Som and Hoa task that starts by 6 Nov. Hours due in the three weeks from 19 Oct to 8 Nov: Som 23.5 h, Hoa 27 h. Foundational AI work sits with Som (up to 10 hours a week), repeatable work with Hoa. Move any line between them on the call; the hours move with it.
| Step | Owner | When | Time | Type | What | How |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| E1-2 | Som | Tue 20 Oct | 1.5 h | Foundational AI work | Create the Brand Radar report "Hypertune AEO" and load the 25 questions, weekly, on ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode (about 650 checks a month), plus the 5 AI Overview study searches as daily prompts on AI Overviews and AI Mode (E4-11). Competitors: Hone, Razer Cortex, Radiant Optimizer, EXM Tweaks, Paragon Tweaks, Process Lasso, plus the free tools AI recommends instead (NVIDIA App, AMD Adrenalin, MSI Afterburner, Intel XTU), internal tracking only; Scrunch (5 max): Hone, Razer Cortex, EXM Tweaks, NVIDIA App, Radiant Optimizer | Ahrefs, Brand Radar, New report: brand Hypertune (hypertune.gg), add the competitors. Track custom prompts: paste the 25 questions from this page, one per line, location United States, all six engines, weekly. Then add the 5 study searches as a second batch, daily, AI Overviews and AI Mode only. Check the estimated checks shown before saving (about 720 a month). |
| E4-1 | Som | Tue 20 Oct | 1.5 h | Foundational AI work | Add the nine answer rules to the AI content framework and the hypertune-content skill | Paste the nine rules from this page into section 2 of the AI content framework (V8) and into the hypertune-content skill's rules, word for word. Post the updated version in the group so Hoa and Travis use the same copy. |
| E8-1 | Hoa | Tue 20 Oct | 1 h | Repeatable work | Set up the tool test sheet before any tool advice is seen: one row per tool; the account it is under (Vin is signing up on the ERN marketing account), who pays and who has access; the exact trial end and billing date of each; the manual baseline to compare against (same answers, drafts, fact versions, engines, dates); what it found or suggested, net minutes saved after setup and false alarms, tips copied into the rules. Keep rules agreed now: keep a tool only if it saves at least 2 hours a month or catches material gaps Brand Radar misses; the index must find at least three useful citation targets the manual map lacks. Public pages and drafts only, never customer data. Brand Radar stays the tracker of record | Make one Google Sheet with a tab per tool: columns date, what it found, right or wrong, minutes spent, minutes saved, tips worth copying. A Summary tab with each tool's account email, who pays, who has a login, trial end, billing date and the keep rules from this step, typed in before anyone opens a tool. Every tool sits on the ERN marketing account, which Som and Hoa can both log in to. |
| E8-4 | Hoa | Tue 20 Oct to Wed 18 Nov | 0.5 h each time, 4 times (2 h in all) | Repeatable work | Otterly month, 20 Oct to 19 Nov: run its content check on every AEO draft on its review-page URL before Bobby's final SEO clearance, then again on the live page; load 15 of the 25 questions into its tracking to compare with Brand Radar; log each score and fix | Otterly, Content check: paste the review-page URL of each draft before Bobby's final check, note the score and every fix, then re-run on the live page. In Otterly's prompts, add 15 of the 25 questions to compare with Brand Radar. Log each run in the Otterly tab. |
| E1-3 | Som | Wed 21 Oct | 0.5 h | Foundational AI work | First answers in (up to 24 hours after loading); confirm the API pull works, or agree a weekly export instead | Open the report next day: each question should show answers per engine. Click Export (CSV) and check it opens. Ask Claude to pull the same report through the Ahrefs connector using the report ID in the URL; if that fails, agree a weekly CSV export to the shared folder. |
| E3-2 | Som | Wed 21 Oct | 3 h | Foundational AI work | Facts page draft from the approved facts already in the AI content framework (V8) and fact sheet (F1): what Hypertune is, who makes it (COMPREADY Inc.), what it runs on, how to install it, prices from 16 Oct, the money-back guarantee, how to cancel and get a refund, how to uninstall, system requirements, why it is a subscription and what happens to the optimisations after cancelling, approved Intel, AMD and NVIDIA wording, and the performance figures with their tests. Figures without a named test stay out until Austin's evidence (E4-17) and are added later through Vin, Travis and Austin. A visible last-updated date. The test method is added inside this page once signed off | Start a new page from the trust page template. Use Claude with the AI content framework: paste section 2 (approved facts) and F1, and ask it to write each fact as a two-sentence answer under a question heading ("How much does Hypertune cost?" and so on), following the nine rules. Only facts already approved go in; mark any gap with [AUSTIN]. Publish as a review page and send Vin the link. |
| E4-11 | Hoa | Wed 21 Oct to Tue 27 Oct | 2 h | Repeatable work | AI Overview study, capture 21 to 27 Oct, brief on 27 Oct: Brand Radar captures 5 buying searches daily on AI Overviews and AI Mode (best pc optimizer for gaming, pc optimization for gaming, how to optimize pc for gaming, fps booster, how to get more fps in valorant; about 70 checks; loaded by Som in E1-2). Count which pages get cited most, then write one combined brief on what those pages share: how fast they answer, structure, tables, data, what they all miss | Each day from 21 to 27 Oct, Brand Radar captures the 5 study searches automatically. On 27 Oct, export the cited pages, count how often each page is cited, open the top three per search and note what they share. Write one combined page. |
| E4-2 | Hoa | Wed 21 Oct | 1 h | Repeatable work | Morning of 21 Oct: apply the rules to the gaming guide (C3) and Valorant (C12) drafts and score both in Otterly on their review-page URLs | Open the gaming guide and Valorant drafts beside the nine rules. Go rule by rule and fix each section. Then run both review-page URLs through Otterly's content check and log the scores. |
| E8-15 | Hoa | Wed 21 Oct to Fri 13 Nov | 0.67 h each time, 3 times (2 h in all) | Repeatable work | Index month, 20 Oct to 19 Nov: pull the most-cited pages and competitor share of voice for game optimizer and FPS topics on 29 Oct (into citation map v1) and again mid-November (it refreshes monthly); log what it shows that our 25 questions don't | Ahrefs, Brand Radar, AI Visibility Index, ChatGPT: search game optimizer and FPS booster topics. Export the most-cited pages and how often Hone and Razer Cortex are named. Add new sites to the citation map. Do it on 29 Oct and again mid November. |
| E8-2 | Hoa | Wed 21 Oct | 1 h | Repeatable work | Semrush trial (free, already booked): run the gaming guide (C3) and Valorant (C12) drafts through its content and AI checks before Travis reviews them; log every recommendation; questions research and competitor views by 23 Oct | Semrush trial: run each draft through its content and AI checks. Copy every recommendation into the Semrush tab, and mark the ones you applied. |
| E8-7 | Hoa | Wed 21 Oct to Wed 18 Nov | 0.62 h each time, 4 times (2.5 h in all) | Repeatable work | Peec month, 20 Oct to 19 Nov: load the 25 questions (ChatGPT, AI Overviews, Copilot) and the approved facts from the AI content framework, switched to the facts page once it is signed off. Each Wednesday, do the manual fact check as normal and time it, then compare with Peec's fact-check, objections and gap analysis: what it caught that we missed, false alarms, minutes saved | Peec: add the 25 questions on ChatGPT, AI Overviews and Copilot, and paste the approved facts as brand facts. Each Wednesday, do the manual fact check first and time it, then open Peec's fact-check and objections and compare: what it caught that you missed, false alarms, minutes saved. |
| E0-10 | Hoa | Thu 22 Oct to Thu 17 Dec | 1 h each time, 9 times (9 h in all) | Repeatable work | Attend the weekly AEO call (1 hour, Thursdays 22 Oct to 17 Dec) | Join the Thursday call; bring your log and anything blocked. |
| E0-9 | Som | Thu 22 Oct to Thu 17 Dec | 1 h each time, 9 times (9 h in all) | Repeatable work | Attend the weekly AEO call (1 hour, Thursdays 22 Oct to 17 Dec) | Join the Thursday call; bring your checklist ticks and anything blocked. |
| E2-1 | Hoa | Thu 22 Oct | 1 h | Repeatable work | Log run 1 in the AEO tracking sheet from Brand Radar: named or not, position, page cited, price, "free" and partner accuracy, words used about Hypertune, competitors named, top cited sites. A failed run and "no AI Overview shown" are logged apart from "Hypertune not named" | Open Brand Radar, filter to tracked prompts, and export run 1. In the tracking sheet, one row per question and engine: named or not, position, page cited, price right or wrong, "free" and partner wording right or wrong, competitors named, top cited sites. Flag wrong statements in the group. |
| E1-5 | Som | Fri 23 Oct | 2.5 h | Foundational AI work | Question research written 25 Oct. Five swaps are proposed and waiting on Vin on 26 Oct. Semrush topic volumes are in. The CSV export failed, so Brand Performance and the prompts inside each topic were not saved. Peec and Search Console are still open. The 25 questions on this page stay until Vin approves. | Written 25 Oct. Five proposed swaps, not applied on this page: safest PC tweaks for better FPS; best game booster for PC (Ahrefs US about 3,065; Semrush topic Razer Cortex and Game Booster Tools, 5,500 AI volume); improve FPS without upgrading hardware; Hypertune vs EXM Tweaks (about 900 US); reduce input lag on PC (about 705 US; Semrush topic GPU and Network Latency Optimization, 3,600). Hone stays (topic 975). The parent topic is Gaming PC Optimization and FPS Boosting, 60,000. The CSV export failed. Brand Performance, the prompts inside those topics, Peec and Search Console are still open. Cancel the Semrush trial on vinson@ern.net today, before the $495.72 charge on Tue 27 Oct. |
| E2-5 | Hoa | Fri 23 Oct to Fri 18 Dec | 0.33 h each time, 3 times (1 h in all) | Repeatable work | Sanity check on 23 Oct, 18 Nov and 18 Dec: run the five highest-value questions by hand in ChatGPT and Perplexity, signed out, save the answers and compare them with Brand Radar | In a signed-out browser window, ask ChatGPT and Perplexity the five most important questions. Save the answers as screenshots and compare them with Brand Radar's answers for the same week. |
| E3-12 | Hoa | Fri 23 Oct | 1 h | Repeatable work | Correction brief, using the approved listing copy from the fact sheet (F1), for the listings that mix us up with hypertune.com (the separate feature-flag company): Capterra, G2 if a profile exists, and the free Trustpilot business profile. Ask each site to give Hypertune.gg its own profile; never edit or overwrite the other company's. Bobby submits them inside L2 (E3-30) | Using the F1 listing copy, write a short note per listing (Capterra, G2, Trustpilot): what is wrong, the correct text, and the request to give Hypertune.gg its own profile. Never edit the other company's profile. Send to Bobby. |
| E1-8 | Hoa | Mon 26 Oct | 0.5 h | Repeatable work | Swap the approved changes into Brand Radar, Peec and Otterly, the same day | In Brand Radar, Peec and Otterly: remove the swapped-out questions and add the new ones, same wording as the plan. Note the date in the tool sheet. |
| E3-33 | Som | Mon 26 Oct | 1 h | Revise the facts page from the call (round 2) | ||
| E5-6 | Som | Mon 26 Oct to Thu 31 Dec | 0 h each time, 10 times (0 h in all) | Foundational AI work | Inside L3: the weekly Reddit hour goes first to threads that rank for "is hypertune legit", "worth it" and "reviews" (for example the r/playrust thread), then to threads AI tools cite. Labelled account, approved facts only, adult communities only | Within the existing weekly Reddit hour (L3): search Reddit for "hypertune legit", "hypertune worth it" and "hypertune review"; reply first in threads that also rank in Google, from the labelled account, with approved facts only. |
| E3-16 | Som | Tue 27 Oct | 1.5 h | Foundational AI work | Draft: the first 60 words of the homepage and /pricing saying what Hypertune is and what it costs; footer links to the facts, trust and pricing pages; the replacement wording for any anti-cheat line still live; one link sentence from /expert-tuning to the gaming guide; and a list of the live pages that need facts and method links, for the 30 Oct Linear list | Use Claude with the AI content framework: give it the live homepage and /pricing text and the facts page draft. Ask for a 40 to 60 word opening for each that says what Hypertune is and what it costs, plus the footer links and one /expert-tuning sentence. Mark each change Existing, Changed or New, like the C29 mockups. |
| E3-8 | Hoa | Tue 27 Oct | 1 h | Repeatable work | Using Austin's unlinked-press list and email (L1-5), write one correction email each for TweakTown ($119.99 a year), TechPowerUp (about $59.99 a year) and HWBusters ($59.99 a year), with the current price and the live https://hypertune.gg/pricing link; checked by Vin (E0-11) and Travis (E3-24), for Austin to send with the unlinked-press emails (L1-5) on 30 Oct | Copy Austin's L1-5 email. For each outlet, add one line: the price they printed, the current price, and the https://hypertune.gg/pricing link. Send all three to Vin. |
| E2-2 | Hoa | Wed 28 Oct to Wed 30 Dec | 0.5 h each time, 10 times (5 h in all) | Repeatable work | Every Wednesday from 28 Oct: log the weekly run and flag new wrong statements, with a link to that week's entries in the SEO change log (A4-2) so any movement can be explained (about 30 minutes a week, 10 runs) | Every Wednesday: export the week's run and add the rows as in run 1. Flag anything new and wrong. Add the link to that week's SEO change log entries (A4-2). |
| E2-3 | Som | Wed 28 Oct | 2.5 h | Foundational AI work | Baseline read for Report 2, using the same Search Console and Bing exports she pulls for the SEO report (R2-3), not a separate pull, and Hoa's run logs: show run 1 (21 Oct) and run 2 (28 Oct) separately with their dates and what went live between them (titles 22 Oct; the gaming guide goes live 28 Oct, after its review round), counts beside percentages; Search Console generative AI report and Bing AI Performance for the same dates, re-exported with their date windows; targets confirmed or changed; top five gaps | Open Hoa's run 1 and run 2 logs and the Search Console and Bing exports. Fill the targets table: for each target, the count and the percentage, per run. Note what went live between the runs. Write the top five gaps as one line each. Paste into the Report 2 draft. |
| E3-15 | Hoa | Wed 28 Oct | 1 h | Repeatable work | Starting from the 2 Oct site audit and Bobby's crawl, check only the AI-specific settings on the 14 sitemap pages for settings that stop AI tools quoting them: meta robots, X-Robots-Tag, noarchive, nosnippet and data-nosnippet; whether pages with embedded videos carry VideoObject markup; and any unknown URL that returns 500 instead of 404. One fix per line to Austin | Open the 2 Oct site audit. For each of the 14 sitemap pages, view the page source and check: no noarchive or nosnippet, no data-nosnippet on answer text, VideoObject markup where there is a video. Try three made-up URLs: they should return 404, not 500. One line per fix to Austin. |
| E7-3 | Som | Wed 28 Oct to Wed 9 Dec | 1 h each time, 4 times (4 h in all) | Foundational AI work | AEO section draft to Vin the day before each review (28 Oct, 11 Nov, 25 Nov, 9 Dec), for Reports 2, 3 and 4 and the 11 Dec report: the targets table with counts, three lines on what moved, wrong statements opened and closed, the next three actions | Copy the targets table from the weekly log, update the counts, then write three lines on what moved, the wrong statements opened and closed, and the next three actions. Send to Vin the day before his review. |
| E4-10 | Som | Thu 29 Oct | 1 h | Foundational AI work | In the "best PC optimizer for gaming" draft (C19), a free tools vs Hypertune table: what GPU makers' apps and MSI Afterburner do, and what Hypertune adds in one pass. Austin signs off any tool named | In the C19 draft, add a table: rows NVIDIA App, AMD Adrenalin, MSI Afterburner, Hypertune; columns what it changes, cost, one click or manual, undo. Fair to the free tools. Austin signs off any tool named. |
| E5-1 | Hoa | Thu 29 Oct | 3 h | Repeatable work | Citation map v1 from runs 1 and 2 and the Semrush export: each cited site, how many answers cite it, whether it names Hypertune, its type, the action and one owner | From runs 1 and 2, the Semrush export and the index pull: list every site that AI answers cite, how many answers cite it, whether it names Hypertune, its type (roundup, Reddit, YouTube, listing, press), the action and one owner. Sort by how many answers cite it. |
| E5-11 | Hoa | Thu 29 Oct | 1.5 h | Repeatable work | Review programme spec, starting from whatever already exists (the SEO plan marks reviews and Trustpilot as handled elsewhere: ask Austin who owns it and build on that): a post-purchase Trustpilot invitation, who replies to reviews, no incentives offered, and a weekly review count in the AEO log. Third-party ratings are never copied into our own schema | Ask Austin who handles reviews today. Then write one page: when the Trustpilot invitation goes out after purchase, who replies to reviews, the rule of no incentives, and the weekly review count in the AEO log. |
| E6-1 | Som | Thu 29 Oct to Thu 31 Dec | 0.56 h each time, 8 times (4.5 h in all) | Foundational AI work | Every Thursday from 29 Oct: trace each wrong statement Hoa flagged to its source, most damaging first, and give it one owner (our site: Austin, Kamil through Linear; listings: Bobby; Reddit: Som; press: Austin). Anti-cheat statements go to Austin only, no public reply | Each Thursday, take Hoa's flagged wrong statements. For each, click through the cited source to find where the wrong fact comes from. Write the owner next to it: our site (Austin), listings (Bobby), Reddit (Som), press (Austin). |
| E4-8 | Som | Fri 30 Oct | 1.5 h | Foundational AI work | One-page test method sheet that shows hardware tuning gains and game-profile settings gains separately, with test PC, settings and date.
